6 Reasons Registrars Choose Us

Built by experienced clinicians who supervise, inside a multi-site practice that treats.
Proven Track Record Since 2019
Proven Track Record Since 2019
This isn't a new program built around a gap in the market. We've been running it for years, and every version has been shaped by the registrars who came through the one before it.
Supervision That Builds You, Not Just Signs You Off
Supervision That Builds You, Not Just Signs You Off
Our supervisors are Board-approved, carry current clinical caseloads, and are developed in supervision as a skill in its own right. They draw the formulation out of you rather than handing you the answer, because being able to trust your own clinical reasoning under pressure is a skill we help you to develop. Led by Dr Catherine Hart, APS Supervisor of the Year.
Built To The Psychology Board's Requirements
Built To The Psychology Board's Requirements
Individual and group supervision with Board-approved supervisors, and CPD mapped to the Board's competency areas — structured to the requirements of the clinical registrar program from day one, so your evidence is assembled as you go rather than reconstructed at the end.
You Can See Yourself Developing
You Can See Yourself Developing
Every registrar gets a written learning plan, built with their supervisor and mapped in Logsage against the Psychology Board's competencies. It names what's developing and what isn't yet, then points you at the specific supervision, courses and groups that close each gap.
A Whole Practice Behind You, Not One Supervisor
A Whole Practice Behind You, Not One Supervisor
Our psychologists are employed rather than contracted — eight clinics, 25+ clinicians. So when a child case, a forensic question or an unfamiliar presentation lands on your caseload, we can bring in someone who has worked with it before. You're never alone with your cases.
